Prior to founding OD180, David Norgard provided executive leadership to various nonprofit organizations, consulting and managing them through major financial and programmatic turnarounds and into new stages of maturity and stability. These include (in chronological order):

• Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen, New York (Managing Director),
• The Oasis, Newark (Executive Director),
• Church of St. John the Evangelist, San Francisco (Rector), and
• Episcopal Community Services of Minnesota, Minneapolis (Executive Director).

He has also served in leadership roles on various nonprofit boards of directors of and committees. At present, he serves on the Episcopal Church’s national Committee on HIV/AIDS and is a member of the Presiding Bishop’s Task Force on Domestic Poverty.
